Chilean food trade fintech Loads secured a $15M revolving credit facility from Mexican structured debt firm Addem Capital.

Founded by Larry Gil, Loads operates a cross border food trade platform that connects buyers, suppliers, and financing.

Loads will use the facility to provide working capital to small and medium sized agricultural businesses, allowing them to ship containers without paying suppliers upfront. Loans average $35,000 with terms of about 35 days.

In the first half of 2026, Loads moved 11.4 million kilograms of food, mainly avocados, grapes, apples, and kiwis. Loads generated about $12M in revenue in the previous fiscal year and expects to quadruple that figure in 2026.
