He filed a defamation suit for 75 Crore on Sakshi for their article ‘చినబాబు తిండికి 25 లక్షలండి’. Since 2019, Lokesh has attended the 12th Additional Court in Vizag many times. Even after coming to power recently, he attended the court at least three times.

In contrast, Jagan Mohan Reddy is evading the court proceedings in his disproportionate assets cases and also the Kodi Kathi Case.

The accused in the Kodi Kathi case had to languish in jail for more than four years just because Jagan did not find time to give his statement.

And he is still allowed to evade the court in his cases and Kodi Kathi’s case.
Nara Lokesh despite handling the highest number of portfolios in Chandrababu’s cabinet is respecting the Judiciary by attending every single hearing.
Jagan is intentionally delaying the cases and wasting the judiciary’s time by not attending the court hearings.
This should be a solid ground for canceling Jagan’s Bail, legal experts say.
“Someone should file a petition against Jagan citing how Nara Lokesh is able to attend the court hearings despite his busy schedule. The judiciary should ensure Jagan attend the court or cancel his bail”, they say.
