Jr. NTR’s Devara, directed by Koratala Siva, made an extraordinary debut, amassing an estimated Rs 130 crore in worldwide gross on its opening day—an impressive feat.
When the trailer was released, many doubted Devara would cross Rs 100 crore on its first day. However, the film defied expectations and achieved what seemed impossible, surpassing the milestone with ease.

The film collected around Rs 45 crore from the US and other international markets, including premiere shows, and Rs 65 crore to Rs 67 crore from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone.
In Karnataka, it grossed about Rs 10 crore, while the North Indian markets contributed a double-digit gross.

In Hindi, the film exceeded expectations by collecting Rs 6-7 crore net on its first day, despite predictions of it not crossing Rs 5 crore. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu and Kerala brought in modest numbers, contributing about Rs 3 crore.
In total, Devara opened to a worldwide gross of approximately Rs 130+ crore.

Though audience reception has been mixed, especially in the Hindi markets, it will be interesting to see how Devara performs in the coming days.
