The highly anticipated Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun, is set to release in the United States on December 4. Fans are eagerly awaiting its performance at the North American box office, especially during its premiere screenings.

As of now, Pushpa 2 is on track to earn around $3.5 million in its opening, which is impressive but might fall short of the box office numbers of Prabhas’ Kalki 2898AD if there’s no major last-minute ticket surge.

Despite the significant hype over the past three years, it appears unlikely to surpass the performance of Kalki 2898AD.
In India, Pushpa 2 Hindi has sold around 2.5 lakh tickets in the national multiplex chains and is expected to reach a total of 4 lakh tickets in pre-sales before the premiere starts.

This makes its pre-sale one of the highest ever, alongside massive hits like Baahubali 2, Jawan, Pathaan, KGF 2, and Animal.
In non-national chains such as Rajhans, MovieMax, and Miraj, Pushpa 2 is expected to set new all-time records. The final advance bookings for the Hindi version are expected to reach Rs. 28-30 crore.
If the movie receives positive word of mouth, Pushpa 2 Hindi could open to a historic figure of Rs. 55-60 crore.
Overall the film is looking at an opening of Rs. 250 crore worldwide gross and will become the biggest opener of all time by beating SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
