Stay offers private pension plans to employees through their employers. Stay connects companies with insurers that provide the plans and offers long term incentive programs to help employers retain talent. In 2024, Stay partnered with Zurich Seguros.

With the funds Stay will expand in Brazil.

Stay counts Claro, iFood, Milky Moo, and Hospital de Câncer Araújo Jorge among its clients. Since its launch, Stay has increased its assets under management 31 times and aims to reach more than 100 corporate clients by December 2026.
