Brazilian fintech Bull raised a $3.7M seed round led by Maya and Caravela, with participation from existing investor Canary. The investment follows Bull’s pre seed round in October 2025.

Founded in 2025 by Juliana Freitas and José Pires Neto, Bull provides credit as a service infrastructure that allows companies to launch and manage credit products. Its platform handles technology and regulatory infrastructure, customer service, collections, reconciliation, and connections to credit funds.

Bull will use the funds to strengthen its platform and invest in AI, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and credit decision models. Bull also plans to automate processes to reduce operating costs, expand its sales and marketing teams, and grow its network of clients and partners.

Bull serves more than 20 medium and large clients, including financial institutions, retailers, benefits companies, marketplaces, and technology platforms. The company aims to process $186M in credit by the end of 2026 and exceed $19M in monthly credit originations.
