Brazilian startup Sharpi raised a $4M seed round led by NXTP and ONEVC, with participation from Clocktower Ventures and MAYA Capital. The funding follows Sharpi’s $1.2M pre seed round.

Founded in 2023, Sharpi develops a conversational sales platform for distributors and manufacturers. The platform connects to sales representatives’ WhatsApp accounts and processes orders and quotes sent through text, audio, images, and files. It then sends the information to management systems such as SAP, Totvs, and Sankhya. Sharpi also recommends products, follows up with customers, and reactivates inactive accounts.

Sharpi will use the funding to expand its engineering, sales, and operations teams and develop autonomous AI agents for demand generation, order processing, and customer reactivation.

Sharpi grew from six active customers to more than 20 in recent months. Its customers include Mantiqueira Brasil, Bold Snacks, Bidfood, Rio Quality, Disdal, Nilo Tozzo, and Cayena. Sharpi has processed more than $360M in transactions and reached $720K in contracted annual recurring revenue.
