Uruguayan Chilean startup Roma AI raised a $1.2M seed round led by Invexor Venture Partners.

Founded by  Richard BarberaJavier Hernández and Benjamín De Oto,, Roma AI provides a platform for companies to build and manage AI agents that connect with internal systems, including payment platforms, calendars, catalogs, and proprietary software. The platform keeps sensitive data within each client’s infrastructure and allows companies to monitor and audit agents’ actions.

Roma AI will use 55% of the funding to expand its team from 9 to 30 employees over the next six months, including new hires in Uruguay. The startup will allocate 33% to marketing and events, and the remaining 12% to technology and infrastructure.

Roma AI serves more than 50 companies across Latin America and processes over 500,000 messages each month. Plans start at $99 per month for 500 conversations.
