Vensure Employer Solutions, a human resources technology provider, acquired Uruguayan startup TecsPal, which provides IT asset management for remote teams. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2022 by Juan Pablo Bordaberry, Santiago Alcuri, Juan Manuel Cat, and Matías García, TecsPal manages the full lifecycle of IT assets for distributed workforces, from procuring and shipping devices to recovering them during employee offboarding.

The acquisition expands Vensure’s technology offering with device lifecycle management capabilities and gives TecsPal access to Vensure’s global network to support its next stage of growth. TecsPal will join Vensure’s global portfolio while retaining its brand and founding leadership team.

TecsPal grew its annual revenue from $1.6 M to $35M in four years. It operates in more than 160 countries and has teams in seven markets.
