Colombian mobility fintech Gopass acquired Pluxee Flotas Colombia, the fleet expense management business of French multinational Pluxee, formerly known as Sodexo. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

Founded in 2019 by Jorge Miguel CamachoFelipe SamperAlejandro Uribe, and Felipe Ochoa, Gopass started as a digital toll payment platform. It has since expanded into mobility payments, offering parking payments, traffic fines and tax payments, microinsurance, roadside assistance, and fleet management.

The acquisition adds a business that processes more than 18 million gallons of fuel each year, representing about US$130M in annual transaction volume at current fuel prices. Gopass will integrate the operation under its brand during the second half of the year, expanding its fleet management business and strengthening its position in Colombia’s mobility market.

The deal also supports Gopass’ expansion in Mexico, where it has offered its B2B fleet management solution withTeleVía for the past year and a half.

Gopass has been profitable since 2023 and processes more than 100 million transactions across its platform.
