Brazilian legaltech startup Enter raised a $100M funding round led by Founders Fund, reaching a $1.2B valuation and becoming the first Latin American unicorn focused on the legal sector.

Enter develops an AI platform that helps large companies manage litigation from start to finish. Its software automates tasks such as lawsuit analysis, defense preparation, and settlement management.

The company plans to expand its technology and strengthen its presence in corporate legal departments. Enter already works with large enterprises and processes hundreds of thousands of legal cases each year.

Founded in 2023 by Mateus Costa-Ribeiro, Michael Mac-Vicar, and Henrique Vaz, Enter grew from an early-stage startup into a unicorn in less than a year. The company tripled its valuation as its customer base and case volume expanded. Its platform also benefits from the data generated by each case, which improves the accuracy of its AI models over time.
