AutoStore, a Norwegian company specialising in intelligent fulfilment, has announced an agreement to acquire Logiqs, a Maasdijk-based provider of roaming pallet Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), for up to €30 million.
AutoStore noted that it will fund the purchase price from existing cash reserves and does not expect it to materially impact AutoStore’s financial results.
“During the process, we’ve been impressed with Logiqs’ deep experience and insight into what is an exciting new product and technology area for us. We look forward to working together to further develop the platform and create value for customers,” said Parth Joshi, Chief Product Officer and President, Product Business Unit at AutoStore.
Founded in 1995, AutoStore develops robotics and advanced software to automate and orchestrate order fulfilment. It claims to connect inventory, proven cube-based automation, software and operational data across the fulfilment lifecycle.
It combines a modular robotics platform with intelligence that learns and improves over time to create an adaptive, resilient fulfilment operation.
Founded in Norway, AutoStore has more than 1,350 customers in 68 countries and about 2,050 systems worldwide. The company announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results on Thursday. It reported strong Q3 2026 results, with revenue up 38% and order intake up 17% year-over-year. The company also raised its full-year revenue guidance to about $750 million, up from roughly $700 million in Q2.
“Innovation remains at our core of our goal to provide autonomous and intelligent fulfillment. As supply chains become increasingly strategic to our customers, they are looking for solutions that improve productivity, flexibility and resilience. With today’s acquisition of Logiqs we add another core technology that, over time, will bring roaming pallet AS/RS capabilities to the AutoStore platform, helping us address a broader set of needs for both new and existing customers,” said Mats Hovland Vikse, CEO of AutoStore.
Based in the Netherlands, Logiqs develops roaming robots for the automated storage and retrieval of palletised goods. Its warehouse technology is deployed at about 30 customer sites across multiple geographies and end markets, helping customers improve storage density, throughput, and operational efficiency.
The company also offers greenhouse automation and vertical farming systems. Logiqs’ 60 employees bring complementary automation, software and product capabilities to AutoStore.
The Dutch company stated that its current offering, including its horticultural systems, will continue to be sold and supported. Logiqs will continue ongoing projects and support for existing systems.
“For Logiqs, this is an opportunity to accelerate our technology together with AutoStore. I am confident that the combined expertise of Logiqs and AutoStore will create value for our customers. The cultural similarities between our two companies are a great starting point for a successful collaboration going forward,” said Reyer van der Louw, CEO of Logiqs.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Until the acquisition closes, Logiqs and AutoStore will continue to operate as separate companies.
