Monsoon calls for waterlogging and potholes, that is the sign in India that Monsoon is here.
But, the problem with potholes is, it causes multiple road accidents and also it makes the day to day life of common people very hard.

Many time it has happened that in a rush hour a bike unfortunately fell into a pothole and met with a life threatening accident.
So, to create an awareness for this and to draw some audience, a group of social activities in Karnataka’s Udupi went all creative.

The incident took place on the Adi Udupi-Malpe road, which connects Udupi to the famous Malpe beach.
The activists were dressed as Yamraj and Chitragupt and few more were dressed as dead people, they were measuring the potholes and were performing long jumps on them.

The video went super viral all over “X”, formally known as Twitter.
Both Yamraj and Chitragupt measure their jumps with tapes. The staged act caught a lot of attention from onlookers who gathered around to watch them perform. On social media the local people started asking the authorities about the condition.
This staged act was mainly done to raise awareness which they successfully did.
