Until this point, there is nothing objectionable. But the rivalry is projected in the backdrop of a theater and the heroine’s father is shown as Balakrishna’s fan while the hero’s father is a Chiranjeevi fan.

Balakrishna fans are upset with the director and producer Bunny Vas for showing their actor in poor light.
They are also upset with Narne Nithin for allowing such a scene in his film. Narne Nithin is Junior NTR’s BIL and he should not be allowing the negative portrayal of a family member, they believe.
The issue is every where on social media after the film’s OTT release.
Luckily, the issue did not blow up when the movie is in theaters. Or else, Narne Nithin and the makers would have been in trouble.
