After a spate of flops like Ghani and Operation Valentine and going through the worst phase of his career, Varun Tej is seriously looking for a film that can push him back into the league of saleable stars. He has good looks, voice, and height, but directors are not able to utilize his strengths properly.
With Matka, Varun Tej is hoping for a strong comeback. The first look is promising and can be said that it is a good start, but the real test will be how the makers build on the momentum from here.
