Alia Bhatt’s Jigra is all set to hit the big screen on October 11, 2024. Considering the festive season, the action thriller film is expected to pull the audiences to the big screen and emerge as another hit for Bollywood.
However, the current buzz of the film is indicating something else. It is arriving on Vijayadashami, which usually contributes to a decent opening but the same might not happen this time. The reason is people are hardly showing any interest in purchasing a ticket.

There are a few other things that might create hurdles in Jigra’s business. The visuals in the trailer look similar to South Korean films and it is already being compared to another action crime drama, Gumrah. Now it remains to be seen if the story is the same or if the makers have brought something different.
The low buzz is also pointing towards a possibility that the opening day collections would not be up to the mark. If the content is attractive to keep the audiences hooked to the seats, the numbers might pick up from the second day.
