The other day, Telangana CM Revanth Reddy’s Pet Project, HYDRAA demolished Nagarjuna’s N-Convention, citing illegal lake encroachment.
Nagarjuna went to the High Court and got an interim stay, but by then, the structure was completely razed down.

Nagarjuna took to X and lamented that the demolition is illegal and there are no encroachments.
Meanwhile, the YSR Congress is trying to politicize this issue.

Even though TDP has nothing against Nagarjuna, they are trying to project it as Chandrababu’s Sishya attacking Nagarjuna.
They are also trying to act smart saying why the film industry is silent on this issue when they ganged up against Jagan in the Ticket Prices issue and Pawan Kalyan issue.

The film industry is silent because this is a private issue between the Government and Nagarjuna and the industry has nothing to do with it.
In the case of the Ticket Rates issue, the entire industry suffered. In the case of Pawan Kalyan’s issue, Jagan was creating problems for the actor’s films, and in turn, all those involved in the filmmaking and trade were getting affected.
It is silly to compare both incidents.
Moreover, the industry has got outright public support in the Jagan matter but it will not be the case now.
For years together, the public is of the opinion that Nagarjuna has encroached on the Lake and built N-Convention. They believe he always escaped the law by being in the good books of the previous Governments.
So, if the industry talks on this issue, it will only backfire on them.
