YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is known for making unilateral decisions. While in Power, except for Sajjala and I-PAC, there is no one who could influence Jagan. We have seen even the MLAs and Ministers struggle to get the appointment of the then Chief Minister.
There were many MLAs who could not meet Jagan Mohan Reddy in a five-year term. It is one of the reasons for Jagan’s recent defeat in the elections.

For the same reason, we have seen Senior leaders like Balineni Srinivas Reddy leave the party. Balineni also happens to be Jagan’s relative.
In the Opposition, Jagan resorted to a Tamasha called the Political Advisory Committee (PAC).

After the defeat, YSR Congress has been releasing Press Notes one after the other appointing members to the Political Advisory Committee.
But then, no one in the party knows what this Political Advisory Committee is, when it is formed, what its functions are, etc.

Nobody heard of the committee before the election and there was no announcement of forming such a committee after the elections.
The only thing we know about the committee is Jagan added members left right center.
The leaders who were named to the committee also do not have many expectations about it. After all, who can advise Jagan Mohan Reddy?
I-PAC is already gone and maybe only Sajjala has access to say anything to Jagan.
Even for Sajjala, we do not know if he can reach out to Jagan as the latter is mostly in Bengaluru these days.
