The other day, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy attended the Telugu Maha Sabhalu in Hyderabad as the Chief Guest. Actor Baladitya was the Host for the event and he messed up big time.
Baladitya struggled to recall Revanth Reddy’s name and called a wrong one. This is the second such instance in the recent past.

Recently Allu Arjun fumbled taking Revanth Reddy’s name and later on with his arrest, there were Rumors that it was a retaliation by Revanth to teach a lesson to the Film Industry.
MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy fired on the Organizers and the Host of Telugu Maha Sabhalu for this mess. He questioned how someone can anchor such big event without knowing the CM‘s name. He questioned if the Anchor is an illiterate.

“This is not an insult to Revanth Reddy. It is an insult to the Position he holds and the Telangana Society that voted him to power,” the MP said.
Chamala has a point here. It is unacceptable that people fumble when mentioning the name of someone as important as the Chief Minister.

Another big problem is that the BRS being irresponsible on both the occasions. In Allu Arjun issue, KTR started mocking Revanth Reddy using it and their leaders and social media continued. The same is happening with the Baladitya episode as well.
Leaving aside, if Revanth Reddy really retaliated for the insult (Allu Arjun issue). The BRS should behave responsibly because their behaviour amounts insulting the position Revanth Reddy holds and the people who voted him.
KTR calls Revanth Reddy as Gumpu Mestri and in the Assembly, we have seen the Speaker reprimand the Former Minister for addressing the CM without respect. If things do not change, Politics will become even worse.
We have seen the people rejecting such behaviour in the recent Andhra Pradesh Elections. KTR and the BRS should be mindful of that and confine to Political Criticism.
