The United Nations Security Council criticized Russia’s latest attack on Ukraine during its 9523rd meeting. At least 31 civilians killed and wounded over 100 in the Russian drone strikes across several locations in Ukraine. The death toll is likely to be increased as the attack targeted schools, hospitals and other civilian areas.United States condemned the Russian attack and urged all council members to condemn the attack in the Holiday season. US ambassador to the UN said, “The attack shows us why the international community must support Ukraine. The United States stand with Ukraine. We will not abandon the brave people of Ukraine.”
