Babar Azam got the start he was looking for on Thursday (May 30) but threw his wicket away during Pakistan’s fourth and final T20I of the series against England at Kennington Oval, London.

Batting on 36 off 22 balls, Babar tried to open his bat face to Jofra Archer, who bowled a terrific slow delivery after pitching it on good length. The Pakistan captain was completely deceived by the slowness of the delivery, and Adil Rashid, placed at short third, took a simple catch to end his stay.

Babar knew he had a chance to score big, as his reactions after losing his wicket told the story. On the other hand, Archer was pumped, just like he used to do during his good old days.

At the time of writing this, Pakistan have lost four wickets, with 84 runs on the board after 9.2 overs. Usman Khan is the only man in the middle, batting on 15* off 8 deliveries, while Fakhar Zaman and Mohammad Rizwan have also followed Babar Azam to return to the pavilion.
