The Vivo T2 5G and the Vivo T2x 5G smartphones were launched in India back in April this year. These devices run Android 13 out of the box and both of them feature a dual-camera setup. The Vivo T2 5G features a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, while the T2x 5G comes with a 6.58-inch display. Now, after the successful launch of these devices, the Chinese smartphone maker seems to be gearing up for the launch of the Pro model in the Vivo T2 series.
Vivo T2 Pro To Pack 8GB of RAM And 256GB of Internal Storage
As per the report by 91Mobiles, the Vivo T2 Pro is in the works and it will be powered by MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 7200 chipset. The device is said to pack 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. The smartphone is tipped to offer better specifications and features than the current T2 series devices. Considering that the Vivo T2 Pro will offer superior specifications than the current T2 series devices, it no doubt will be costlier.
Additionally, it is being reported that the Vivo T2 Pro will be sold in India exclusively via Flipkart. Currently, the launch date of the Vivo T2 Pro remains unknown. We can expect Vivo to launch the smartphone in India in the coming few days.
To recall, the Vivo T2 5G and the T2x 5G smartphones are powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC and Dimensity 6020 chipset respectively. Both these devices pack up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Vivo T2 5G sports a 64MP primary camera which is accompanied by a 2MP bokeh lens. On the other hand, the T2x features a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary lens.
The Vivo T2 5G boasts with a 16MP selfie camera, while the T2x 5G sports a 8MP selfie camera. The prior packs a 4,500mAh battery which supports 44W fast charging, while the latter is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery which has 18W fast charging support. As mentioned above, both these phones run Android 13 out of the box with FuntouchOS 13 skin on top. The Vivo T2x 5G price in India starts at Rs 12,999, while the Vivo T2 5G retails for Rs 18,999.
