Virat Kohli is back in Delhi, his home city for the second test match against Australia. Like many cricketers, Kohli chose to reach the practice session before the test match in the comfort of his own car. He reached the Arun Jaitley cricket stadium, previously known as the Feroze Shah Kotla in his Porsche Panamera sports car.
The videos of Virat Kohli reaching the stadium has become viral on the Internet. It gets Virat Kohli’s jersey number “18” on the registration plate as well. Virat has never been spotted with the Porsche Panamera before. However, there are a few cars that are parked at his home in NCR, where he moved from Delhi.
In 2020, the car was spotted with the brother of Virat Kohli in Gurgaon. However, it does not come out of the garage much. The video shows Virat Kohli using the boot space of a Panamera to keep his cricket kit. The Panamera is regarded as one of the most practical sports cars in the world and offers four doors for easy access to the rear seats.
This is the Porsche Panamera Turbo and the delivery was taken by Vikas Kohli back in 2020. The car came with a price tag of Rs 2.13 crore, ex-showroom at that time.
The Porsche Panamera Turbo is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine that generates a maximum power of 550 PS and a peak torque of 770 Nm. The motor delivers the power to all four wheels using an 8-speed PDK automatic transmission. It is a fast practical sports car that can and can do 0-100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. Porsche also offers the Sport Chrono Package that allows the car to do 0-100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The Panamera can reach a top speed of 306 km/h.
Owns two Bentleys
Virat Kohli also owns two Bentleys that are located in Delhi and Mumbai. He bought the Continental GT when he was still in Delhi-NCR. Whenever he is in town, he takes out the Bentley for a ride. This is a pre-owned car that Virat bought some time ago so the exact value of the car is not known. It is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 500 Bhp and a peak torque of 660 Nm.
Virat loved the Bentley so much that he bought another one after he shifted to Mumbai. Virat bought a new Continental Flying Spur and both of them use the car very regularly. Both Virat and Anushka travel together on most occasions and it is the Bentley that they prefer.
Virat Kohli also owns a Land Rover Range Rover but that is stationed in Delhi. He uses the Range Rover of his wife Anushka Sharma whenever he is in Mumbai. Virat remained the brand ambassador of Audi India for a long time and has several cars from the German brand. However, he does not own all the cars from Audi.
