However, a video from the streets of Philadelphia has left so many wondering if the “zombie” virus has already initiated its attack on mankind.
In videos going viral on Twitter, people are caught acting strange on the city’s streets. It depicted women walking unbelievably slow with their mouths open and men stuck on the side of the footpath, bending down on their feet. One bizarre video appeared on a Twitter page owned by a user named @dammiedammie35. The user captioned it, “Brooo, what’s happening in the USA?”

The video was followed by several similar clips in the comment section. Many commenters laid out their doubts. One asked, “Are you sure it’s not the zombie virus we heard about last Week (sic)??” Another stated, “When the zombie virus finally hit…Early stage..” A third user said, “You’ve watched too much resident evil and walking dead (sic).”

To all of you still wondering what went wrong with those folks in the video, it’s the usage of drugs. Many Twitter users guessed it right and called it a “Zombie apocalypse caused by drugs”.

“Zombie virus” or drugs, the people in the video clearly need help. Meanwhile, the “zombie virus” was revived by scientists recently from ice in Russia. The virus is 48,500 years old. It was found to be infectious despite being buried under ice for so long.
