Taking to Instagram, he shared a photo of his daughter holding on to his finger. Sharing the image Varun wrote “Happy Father’s Day. My father taught me that the best way to celebrate this day is by going out there and working for your family so Il be doing just that.Couldn’t be happier to be a girl dad.”
Taking to Instagram, some of Varun’s colleagues also commented. While Parineeti Chopra wrote “Girl daddd. VD, badaa ho gaya re tu! (Varun you are a grown up now ), Janhvi commented with red heart emojis.
Varun is gearing up for a new phase in his career as well, he will soon be making his OTT debut with the India chapter of Citadel which has been titled Citadel: Honey Bunny. It also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Sikander Kher. Varun also has Baby John lined up, the official remake of Thalpathy Vijay’s Film Theri. He will also be teaming up with Shashank Khaitan for what is considered to be the third installment of Dulhania series after Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhnia .The film is called Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and stars Janhvi Kapoor opposite him.
