The rise of computer graduates and AI is making it tough to land jobs for Indian students in the US. As the community is dominated by youth from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, their futures are in most jeopardy.
According to a new study, major states for higher education and employment like Illinois and Texas are now among the hardest to start a career for students. This is mostly due to the oversaturation of computer science engineering (CSE) graduates in the employment market.

Every year thousands of Telugu students chase the American dream in the hopes of landing a secure job in an IT firm. However, it is now becoming more difficult to even land part-time jobs as there is more competition from their own countrymen and local graduates.
“It’s better to be a king in a small jungle than a monkey in a big one,” a CSE graduate, S. Angad, told the media, who is returning to India after failing to land a job for one and a half years. Other Techies also had similar struggles and shared the sentiments of returning to their home country.
