So, when the actor decided to direct a film like UI The Movie after a decade, the buzz and curiosity grew huge. Now, the movie released on 20th December and lived up to the anticipation of Upendra’s fans. They wanted him to be unique and extraordinary and he did it again.
The movie has crossed huge 400k tickets in the first three days on the BMS app in Karnataka and Telugu States. The movie is registering housefulls continuously, in Karnataka and in several places in Telugu States.

With this success, the makers and Upendra are thrilled and very happy. They have conducted a success meet at Vijayawada. Upendra talking at the event thanked audiences for such a grand reception. He stated that he is reluctant to direct and hence, he directs very rarely. But the reception for UI, has inspired him to direct even more films.
