Follow Mail Sport’s live blog for all the build-up leading to the hotly anticipated rematch of Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk including the weigh-in.

It’s main event weigh-in time

Right, this is what we’ve all been waiting for.

Usyk and Fury will be taking to the stage in the next couple of minutes. Will we get a shock on the scales?

Fury will be up very soon

Moses Itauma and Demsey McKean up next

Here comes Demsey ‘The Tower’ McKean. I can confirm he is very tall.

But he’s got his work cut out as he takes on the undefeated Itauma.

251.1lbs for McKean, a touch under 18 stone. Itauma is 249lbs, hardly anything between them. That’s a bit heavier than Itauma has previously been.

Itauma says he’s ‘ready to go’. Just 24 hours to wait now, Moses.

Just one more undercard weigh-in to come

We are now just a few minutes away from Fury and Usyk taking to the stage.

UK vs Ukraine – the prequel

Ahead of Fury vs Usyk we have Ishmael Davis from Leeds taking on Ukraine’s Serhii Bohachuk.

Davis has taken this fight on short notice but still fancies his chances of springing an upset in this super-welterweight scrap.

Davis looks ripped as he weighs in at 153.6lbs. Bohachuk is perhaps a touch fleshier but is also below the 154lb limit.

Johnny Fisher and Dave Allen step up

Back to the heavyweights we go.

Dave Allen up first with his brilliant ‘Doncaster De La Hoya’ nickname. And then it’s ‘The Romford Bull’ Johnny Fisher.

257.6lbs for Allen, while Fisher is 241.1lbs. These two have sparred before and there is mutual respect but no handshake yet. Strictly business for now.

Fisher vows to show ‘big power and big heart’ tomorrow night. Bosh!

Back to it

Thank goodness that break wasn’t too long.

We go again, and now it’s Tyson Fury’s cousin Isaac Lowe against Lee McGregor.

They are both inside the featherweight limit of 126lbs. These two don’t like each other and there’s a heated exchange of words at the face-off.

That will be worth a watch tomorrow night.

Johnny Nelson tips a knockout

Former world champion Johnny Nelson does not expect Saturday’s main event to go the distance.

A break in proceedings

I have no idea why but they’ve decided to take a break as we reach the midway stage of the undercard weigh-in.

Usyk ready to hit the scales

Dressed in his purple and green attire, Usyk is waiting backstage ahead of his own weigh-in which is just a few minutes away.

IShowSpeed is in the building

YouTube sensation iShowSpeed has arrived for the weigh-in.

Rhys Lightning, go Rhys Lightning!

Sorry, just had to get a Grease gag in there.

It’s time for the super-featherweights as late replacement Rhys ‘Lightning’ Edwards takes on Peter McGrail.

McGrail was due to face Dennis McCann, but McCann failed a drugs test and was taken off the card last week.

Both fighters are in great shape as they weigh in below 130lbs. There’s a handshake and plenty of mutual respect between the pair.

Usyk’s friend takes to the stage

It’s Dylan Colin against Daniel Lapin, a close friend of Usyk’s, up next.

Lapin is undefeated and is somehow fighting at light-heavyweight despite standing at 6ft 6in tall.

Both men are under the 175lb limit, before Lapin refuses to take his eyes off Colin at the face-off. That was a bit scary!

Heavyweights up next

This isn’t the biggest heavyweight fight on the card, but should still be a decent scrap.

Edgar Ramirez and Andrii Novytskyi take to the stage. Novitskyi is Ukrainian, just like Usyk.

Ramirez weighs in at 261lbs, that’s not far off 19 stone! Novistkyi looks in good shape as he tips the scales at 237lbs, and he’s got a considerable height advantage.

Saudi star up first

The first fight up is Mohammed Alakel of Saudi Arabia against Joshua Ocampo from Colombia.

They both weigh in below the lightweight limit. Well done lads, see you tomorrow.

Here come the fighters!

The weigh-in is finally getting underway. Thanks for sticking with us!

Paris Fury is here

The music is blaring out in Riyadh

It’s a bit of a party atmosphere in Saudi ahead of this weigh-in.

But still no sign of the fighters yet. They must be coming out soon!

Fury ‘snapped’ at final press conference

Highly-rated trainer Shane McGuigan has given his view on Fury and Usyk’s lengthy face-off yesterday, and believes it was Fury who cracked in the end.

Stick with us, we’re nearly ready!

There’s never any rush with these events, but we finally look set to get underway imminently.

Remember – patience is a virtue!

Just the EIGHT undercard fights

It’s going to be a night packed with action tomorrow night with eight undercard fights in total.

The likes of Moses Itauma, Johnny Fisher and Peter McGrail will all be getting in the ring ahead of the main event.

Michael Buffer plays Winner Stays On for Mail Sport

Legendary MC Michael Buffer has seen it all, so who better to ask about how the greatest heavyweights would have fared against each other?

It’s nearly time!

We are now just 10 minutes away from the weigh-in getting underway with all of Saturday’s fighters taking to the scales.

Strictly business for Fury

Fury lost the first fight but certainly had his moments in the contest.

However, he seemed to tire down the stretch, with some putting this down to his showboating in the early rounds.

He has vowed to tone thatdone this time around to get the job done.

Fury’s rematch record

This is certainly not the first rematch of Fury’s career, and there is good reason for him to be confident of winning this weekend.

The Gypsy King has never lost a rematch, and has tended to make big adjustments to get his hand raised in them before.

The trainer dynamic in Fury’s corner

Fury’s corner were criticised in the first Usyk fight for giving the Brit too many mixed messages.

Tyson’s dad John will not be in the corner this time around, and another of his trainers Andy Lee has explained exactly how things will work on Saturday night.

Is Itauma destined for greatness?

Moses Itauma is still only 19, but has a big step up this weekend when he faces durable Australian Demsey McKean.

Will he get another knockout to continue his stunning rise?

Will tempers flare at the final face-off?

Thw two men had to be separated at their final face-off in May. Will we see something similar this evening?

Is Usyk the new Muhammad Ali?

Muhammad Ali is widely regarded as the greatest heavyweight of all time, and it turns out there are a remarkable number of similarities between himself and Usyk.

Big John is in the building

Johnny Fisher’s has already taken his seat for the weigh-in to support his son as he prepares to hit the scales for his fight with Dave Allen.

What time is the weigh-in?

We are edging nearer to tonight’s weigh-in, which is due to start at 6pm UK time.

The stage is very much set for a spectacular ceremony in Riyadh.

Inside Fury’s mindset

It has been all about tunnel vision for Fury ahead of the rematch, and his promoter Frank Warren has explained what he believes is going through his fighter’s head as he prepares to face Usyk again.

Lennox Lewis breaks down Saturday’s rematch

Lennox Lewis was the last undisputed heavyweight champion before Usyk, and he has revealed how he expects Saturday’s fight to go.

The family behind Usyk’s rise

Usyk has always made it clear he is fighting for his country and his Christian faith, but who are the people closest to the Ukrainian who will be cheering him on from ringside?

Eddie Hearn fears Fury’s best days are behind him

Eddie Hearn is backing Fury to win this weekend as he hopes to finally set up a showdown between the Gypsy King and Anthony Joshua.

But he has admitted to Mail Sport that he does have concerns over whether Fury is past his best…

Who is Daniel Dubois backing?

Daniel Dubois has shared the ring with Usyk, and has gone from strength to strength ever since to claim the IBF title by beating Anthony Joshua in September.

He is in Saudi Arabia this week, and told Mail Sport who he is tipping to win.

Usyk’s incredible resume

Fury appears to have a new-found focus ahead of Saturday’s rematch, but there can be no doubting exactly what he is up against.

Usyk is widely considered the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world right now, and with good reason.

Will Fury have to get off the canvas to win on Saturday night?

Fury was hurt badly in his first fight with Usyk as the Ukrainian scored a ninth-round knockdown.

But he has come through the fire before, most notably when he picked himself up off the canvas twice to beat Deontay Wilder in their trilogy fight in 2021.

Time for another watch for Fury?

Fury is set for another career-high payday this weekend, and he has previously splashed out some of his fortune on watches.

Mail Sport has taken a look at his impressive collection…

Who is Amir Khan favouring?

British boxing great Amir Khan has broken down the head-to-head battle between Fury and Usyk prior to Saturday’s rematch.

Fury can keep the beard!

It has been confirmed today that Fury will not be obligated to trim the beard that he has been growing out during his training camp.

It is now up to the Gypsy King to decide whether he wants to keep it for when he heads into the ring as he bids to exact revenge.

Fury to come in heavy?

Fury weighed 262lbs for the first fight with Usyk in May, but is expected to be heavier this time around.

There have been reports that he could be pushing towards 20 stone (280lbs), which would be a career-heaviest for the Brit.

Will Paris be by Tyson’s side?

Tyson Fury made the shock admission earlier this week that he has not spoken to his wife Paris for three months after locking himself away in his training camp.

Paris attended the final press conference on Thursday, and is likely to be at this evening’s weigh-in to offer her support to her husband.

Who’s on the undercard?

Fury vs Usyk is obviously the main event, but there are also some intriguing fights on Saturday’s undercard.

Heavyweight pair Johnny Fisher and Moses Itauma will both be looking to take the nextstep in their careers when they face Dave Allen and Desmey McKean, respectively.

Judging dilemma?

Fury and Usyk may have agreed on the gloves they will be wearing, but a dispute between the two fighters has emerged over replacing one of the judges.

A glimpse of Fury’s gloves

We’ve already had the gloves meeting today as both teams make sure they are happy heading into Saturday night’s fight.

It will be red and gold gloves for Fury, while Usyk has opted for purple and green.

Will we get another stare-off?

Fury and Usyk stared each other down for over 10 minutes on Thursday night after their final press conference.

Will we see similar intensity between the pair today?
