Twenty-Seven MLAs On Radar: Chandrababu Naidu Should Control

Telugu Desam Party and its allies registered a sensational victory in the recent elections.

Scoring 164 out of the 175 seats is unprecedented and historical. No party ever even in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh had a 93% strike rate in an election.

But then, Chandrababu Naidu since the results repeatedly is asking the leaders, MLAs, and MPs to be as grounded as possible. He is reminding them that they are only custodians of Public wealth and they will meet the same fate as YSR Congress if they are not humble.

However, some MLAs are not being grounded.

We have seen Senior leader JC Prabhakar Reddy on camera demanding a share in Liquor sales in Tadipatri in the name of Constituency Development Fund.

Reports are that there are twenty-seven MLAs across the thirteen districts especially involved in Liquor. Chandrababu Naidu should be very strict about them and should control them at any cost.

There are 164 MLAs on the Ruling side now and there should be no excuses for not acting on these 27 MLAs.

MLAs are the major reason for TDP’s defeat in 2019. Chandrababu was so occupied with the administration, of Amaravati, and Polavaram and ignored these people.

The result is a historic defeat with just 23 MLAs in 2024. The MLAs should be reined as quickly as possible before the disease spreads.
