In a significant move to leverage professional expertise, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is set to develop a special online application exclusively for the professionals rendering voluntary services under the ‘Srivari Seva’ scheme.

The initiative aims at utilising the services of global experts in key departments of the TTD, enhancing the functioning of the organisation.

This was announced by TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary during a review meeting in Tirumala on Monday, alongside JEO Veerabrahmam.

The meeting focused on professional volunteer services in Srivari Seva, a framework being developed as per the instructions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

The main intention behind developing the application is to tap the talents of professionals from around the world and integrate their services across ten vital departments in the TTD through Srivari Seva.

The application, which will be rolled out on a pilot basis initially, is expected to be launched in a month. Based on its effectiveness, a comprehensive policy will be framed to institutionalise the system further, with a clear procedural framework for its sustainability.

The meeting among others was attended by SVIMS Director Dr. R.V. Kumar, Chief Engineer T.V.V. Satyanarayana, and IT General Manager Sri Sesha Reddy.
