The Malayalam industry is truly commanding the whole Indian cinema with its different genres of blockbuster movies this year and has also done wonders in the box office collections.
The Malayalam industry started this year with two critically acclaimed movies, which were Aatam and Anweshippin. Both of these movies were highly appreciated and had become tremendous successes.

After these movies then came the set of Box Office Hunters, which includes Premalu, Bramayugam, Manjummel Boys, Aadujeevitham, and Aavesham. All these 5 movies were a huge blockbuster success and have together collected more than 700 crores in the worldwide box office collections.
Previously, the Malayalam industry had only two 100 crore movies, but this year, as of now, they have four 100 crore movies. With just limited resources and a limited budget, they had proved to the whole of Indian cinema that the Malayalam industry tops the race to produce more good films.

Other than these, GAN, Thalavan, Ullozhukku, Gaganachari, Vaazha, ARM, and Kishkindha were critically acclaimed and had a blast at the box office collections. Still, there are 3 more months left this year, and we don’t know yet how many good movies the Malayalam industry is going to deliver us this year.
