Donald Trump is all set to become the President of the United States once again. He has recently defeated Kamala Harris in the presidential candidates and is set to take oath as US President in January 2025.
Meanwhile, the construction arm of US President-elect Trump’s business empire is set to expand its footprint into Telangana. The company is set to construct Trump Towers in Hyderabad. Trump Towers already exist in Indian cities Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Pune.

In Hyderabad, Trump Construction Company is collaborating with the local real estate group, Manjeera. The chosen location for this project is a 2.92-acre plot in Khanamet, Madhapur, acquired from HMDA in 2022. The development will feature 27 floors consisting of luxurious four-bedroom and five-bedroom apartments.
The four-bedroom units will range from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet. The five-bedroom units will span 6,000 square feet. Initially, the price was proposed at Rs. 13,000 per square foot. The estimated cost of a four-bedroom apartment at around Rs. 5.5 crores.

In addition to high-end residential units, Trump Towers developed a mix of offices, villas and other constructions in other cities. They collaborated with Tribeca developers for the same.
