Hansal Mehta has always proved that he is an expert when it comes to bringing realism to the big screen. The veteran director has brought some outstanding topics for the audience over the years with films such as Shahid and Aligarh.
In today’s era, audiences mostly prefer films that have a lot of action, thrill, and glamour. It is hard to survive in this situation where audiences are not accepting any kind of film easily. Around two years after the release of Faraaz, Mehta is bringing a new crime thriller titled The Buckingham Murders, which arrives on September 13.

The trailer has already created a lot of buzz and features a powerful star cast led by Kareena Kapoor Khan. Although anyone who has been following all genres of cinema over the years is familiar with Mehta’s work, there are doubts about the box-office potential of his next.
We cannot ignore the fact that despite being critically acclaimed, Mehta’s films have hardly created any magic at the ticket windows. Everyone might remember Shahid and Aligarh which were based on real-life characters, the shows did not run to packed houses.

Even if audiences come to watch Kareena Kapoor Khan, the film might suffer a loss in case it does not recover the money invested by the producers.
