Creative director Sukumar’s wife Tabitha Sukumar is venturing into film presentation for the first time. Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam marks her debut as a presenter and the film, featuring Rao Ramesh is up for release on the 23rd of this month.
The director of the film, Lakshman Karya is promoting the film and he had a few interesting tidbits on the same.

When asked how Tabitha Sukumar onboarded the film, the talented filmmaker revealed that his wife and Tabitha knew each other through mutual friends and that is how the latter got to know about the project. Later, after watching the final copy in a preview theater, Tabitha onboarded the film, revealed Lakshman.
About Rao Ramesh, the director said the versatile actor plays a middle aged man in the film and added that he delivered a standout performance in this seemingly complex role. He seemed confident about delivering a winning theatrical experience to the audience through this film.

The young filmmaker said Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam originated from his real life incident when he once got Rs 80K credited in his bank account. He didn’t know who deposited the money and had several funny conversations and situations with his friends and family which propelled the Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam idea.
Mythri Movie Makers are releasing the film in the Telugu states while Tabitha Sukumar is presenting it. The film is directed by Lakshman Karya and produced by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under PBR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics banner.
