NEW DELHI: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTU) has declared the TS EAMCET 2024 result on May 18, at 11 am. The TS EAMCET result 2024 link has been updated online on the official website, eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Applicants will have to enter their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth to check the TS EAMCET 2024 result.

Students who qualify for the TS EAMCET 2024 exam have to participate in the counselling process for further selection. A total of 99,890 candidates registered for the TS EAMCET 2024 agriculture and pharmacy exam. Out of the total registered candidates, 96% of students appeared in the exam. In the case of the engineering exam, 2,06,472 candidates from Telangana and 49,071 candidates from Andhra Pradesh appeared for the TS EAMCET 2024 exam.

TS EAMCET tie-breaking rule

Engineering admission: Rankings are determined based on the marks secured in the TS EAMCET entrance exam. The scores are calculated using a normalisation method as the exam was held in multiple shifts. If two or more candidates obtain the same marks in the exam, the council will use the following tie-breaking rule in descending order.

  • Total normalised marks secured

  • Normalised marks in mathematics

  • Normalised marks in physics

  • Older candidate will be given preference, if tie persists.
