But he is not willing to stop as he has decided to release Student Of The Year 3 on OTT platform. The film is still in early production phase and auditions to finalize the starcast are going on.
News has it that Shanaya Kapoor, the daughter of Sanjay Kapoor will be seen as the female lead and the search for male lead is going on. It was reported that TV fame Tusharr Khanna, who was seen in Naagin and Piya Albela has been signed as the lead.

But fans are asking why Karan is going through all this pain when the film is doomed to be a disaster. The appeal of SOTY is lost to the fans and recent star kids have ruined fans’ hope with such films, it might just end up like Nadaaniyan as a memefest no one asked for.
