The Nifty 50 and the 30-stock Sensex witnessed a volatile session on June 10 as both slipped sharply off the record highs hit in the first hour of trade. After that, both the benchmarks juggled between gains and losses to eventually end in the red with Nifty below 23,250 and Sensex at 76,490.



Heritage Foods | CMP: Rs 696| Shares closed 5.2 percent higher after a large deal worth Rs 319.60 crore took place on the exchanges. Around 44 lakh shares, making up a 4.8 percent stake in the company ,changed hands on the exchanges in a large deal. The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 725 apiece, a premium of around 10 percent from the previous close.



Raymond | CMP: Rs 2,560 | Shares surged 3.5 percent to a record high after after the company’s real estate division declared preferred developer for a redevelopment project in Bandra, Mumbai. The project is estimated to have a revenue potential in excess of Rs 2,000 crore.



IRB Infra | CMP: Rs 70.25 | Shares slumped 8.5 percent as investors rushed to take home partial profits after the recent surge in the counter. The stock price has risen over 13 percent in the past month, giving investors plenty of headroom to book profits. Rising toll collections and revised toll tariffs are factors lifting sentiment for the stock.

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited | CMP: Rs 62.71 | Shares of the EV maker surged 20 percent to hit the upper circuit after the company’s recent announcement about securing a substantial order worth $1.29 billion (Rs 10,768 crore) from Beulah International Development Corporation, a Philippines-based firm.



Suzlon Energy | CMP: Rs 47.4 | The stock fell 5 percent as an Independent Director at the company Marc Desaedeleer resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from June 8. Desaedeleer, in his resignation letter, said there were several situations where the corporate governance standards applied by Suzlon Energy did not meet his expectations.



KEC International | CMP: Rs 809 | KEC International share price gained 5.2 percent after the company secured new orders of Rs 1,061 crore across its various businesses.



RailTel Corporation of India | CMP: Rs 384.55 | RailTel Corporation of India shares jumped 1.5 percent after the company secured an order from National Informatics Centre Services for a total consideration of Rs 81 crore.

Mphasis | CMP: Rs 2,398 | Mphasis shares settled lower by 3 percent after a block deal involving 2.95 crore shares, representing a 15.6 percent stake in the firm took place on the exchanges. The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 2,392 apiece, worth Rs 7,066 crore.



Rallis India | CMP: Rs 313 | The stock skyrocketed as much as 11 percent to hit its fresh 52-week high of Rs 321.00 on NSE, boosted by heavy volumes on a favourable growth outlook. Rallis India is a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals and a part of the Tata Group.



Reliance Infrastructure | CMP: Rs 186.20 | The stock surged around 10.9 percent on high volumes. Reliance Velocity Ltd, a subsidiary of the company recently incorporated Reliance EV Pvt Ltd as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The certificate of incorporation was received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on June 8, 2024.
