Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Nara Lokesh announced that he has already begun implementing the Red Book and asserted that no one who violated law and order will be spared.
Lokesh said that as a part of it, already a few IPS officers and a few other government officials have been suspended. “Our goal is to ensure the right person is in the right position,” Lokesh stated.

Before the elections, Lokesh introduced the Red Book in which he wrote the names of leaders and officials who violated law and order or engaged in corruption during the YSR Congress Party’s rule. He promised to take action against those listed in the book once TDP came to power. As promised, he started implementing Red Book now.
Earlier today, Lokesh conducted a surprise inspection at a government school in Srikakulam and reviewed the facilities and overall educational standards at the institution.

Speaking to the media, Lokesh also answered questions about the “Super Six” promises. He assured that his party leaders wouldn’t escape responsibility like Jagan.
Lokesh noted that pension and Mega DSC promises have already been fulfilled. He pledged to introduce the free gas connection scheme by Diwali.

He further reassured that the NDA government will not privatize the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant at any cost. With reports doing rounds about Jagan’s visit to Tirumala tomorrow, Lokesh said, “We should respect the rules of other religions when visiting their sacred places. I hope Jagan signs the declaration form as per TTD rules before entering the temple.”
