Salman Khan’s Sikandar has failed to become a big blockbuster, and this has now raised a lot of questions, including the changes it might bring in the career of Salman.
While social media has been flooded with statements that Salman’s career is over, it is not true. However, the problem is that he has given seven flops in six years, which is not a good number for a big superstar. It seems like Salman is not giving a second thought and simply signing the films.

Considering the response to Sikandar, the right time has come for Salman to analyze the positive and negative sides of any project before saying yes.
There was a time when Salman’s close friend Shah Rukh Khan also gave three flops, starting with Fan in 2016, followed by Jab Harry Met Sejal and Hero. Social media immediately claimed that SRK’s time was over.

But everyone remembers how the superstar returned to the top position as the king with Pathaan and Jawan in 2023. Compared to SRK, Salman has now more flops in his list since 2017, the same year when SRK’s Jab Harry Met Sejal was released in theatres.
Since the selection of scripts is a priority for Salman now, he can maybe prefer to take a long break of a few years and choose the right story. Fans have been demanding a good film from Salman, and he should now consider looking at the fan suggestions as well.

Sikandar did not work as per expectations and now there is a possibility that Salman might not receive the remuneration that he has been usually getting for any film.
Salman’s upcoming films have a chance to work at the box office only if the producer decides to go for profit-sharing from the collections and Salman agrees to do the same.
While Salman is yet to make an official announcement for a new film, it remains to be seen if Salman will get another chance to bounce back with heavy collections at the box office.
