Breastfeeding is a natural and scientific phenomenon which happens with every woman after they give birth to a child, and it has numerous health benefits as it contains many nutritious elements which helps the baby grow.
It provides all the nutrients a baby needs for the first six months of life, including fat, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water.

But, many brands provide people with misinformation about breastfeeding, as they claim that it doesn’t contain the vital nutrients a baby needs to grow.
Nestlé is one of those big companies which convinced the Indian mothers to give them supplementary food instead of mother’s milk.

They claimed it has more health benefits than just breast milk, which actually puts lots of children at stake, because it causes numerous illnesses and it is also responsible for the death of children.
All baby food product ads have been banned in India since the 1990s. Because of one scientist, Dr. Arun who was Nestlé’s arch nemesis.

The scientifically proved that the powdered products of Nestlé which they were providing to the mothers aren’t up to the mark.
He noticed the Nestlé agents being dressed up as nurses and recommending the new mothers to feed supplementary baby food which made the mothers and the babies more dependent on supplementary food than breast milk, which eventually led to drying up the milk mothers have and opting to the supplementary.
With enough fight he fought through this issue and got an act passed in 1992 which banned all forms of baby food ads.
Nothing can be more nutritious to a baby than their mother’s milk and there is no double thinking in this scenario.
