Salman Khan’s Sikandar is facing a disastrous pre-sales performance, struggling even more than his last film Tiger 3.
Despite five days of advance booking, it has only managed 160K ticket sales, which is shockingly low for a superstar-led film on a big holiday season like Eid.

On March 28, the film sold only 50K tickets, a stark contrast to L2: Empuraan, which was selling 50K tickets per hour!
With less than 12 hours left, Sikandar is struggling to even break into the top 10 pre-sales for Bollywood films on BookMyShow.

To claim the 10th spot, it needs 140K more ticket sales to surpass Fighter. But even that seems tough. The film has sold less than 10% of the pre-sales of Jawan, which remains the highest with 1.6 million bookings.
The poor response raises serious concerns about Salman Khan’s fading box office pull. The trade’s expectations of an opening day target of 40 crores now seems impossible. A 20-crore organic opening looks tough now.

With discounted tickets and “Buy One Get One Free” offers activated, the film might push past 25 crores tomorrow, but the downward trend is alarming. If the film gets extraordinary word of mouth, only then Sikandar will survive at the box office.
At this point, Shah Rukh Khan has completely left Salman behind, and a comeback for Salman seems impossible unless a miracle happens.
