Shraddha Kapoor’s Nagin film is now all set to go on the floors. The concept of Nagin or a shapeshifting evil serpent is a very popular brand in India and has been exploited for many movies and TV shows.
The popular film ‘Nagina’ starred Sridevi and the TV show ‘Naagin’ starred Mouni Roy in the lead role and went on for many years.

Now if a popular actress like Shraddha Kapoor steps into the shoes of Nagin it will be a wonderful thing for the fans of Naagin stories. Shraddha has already excelled in the horror comedy universe of Stree. And ‘Stree 2’ gathered more than 600 crores at the 2024 box office.
The movie was planned to be a trilogy produced by Nikhil Dwivedi. A sneak peek into the screenplay has been shared by the producers on the eve of Makar Sankranti 2025.
