Shahrukh Khan’s children are more in news for controversies than their work. In a recent ad for Maybelline, Suhana has done something that has offended the religious sentiments of many people on the occasion of Diwali.
Suhana appeared in an ad for mascara by Maybelline and it seems pretty nonsense in the first place. There she was seen attempting a funny reference to Diwali traffic and equating it with eyelashes.

Many people found her reference to Diwali traffic problematic and they jumped to ask her why she didn’t say something related to Muharram or Eid traffic. Obviously her religious identity was brought to the centre and her father was accused of being a Pakistani sympathiser.
While the makers of the ad could have kept Diwali away from the campaign the reactions seem a bit extreme and targeting Suhana’s appearance doesn’t seem to stop. Even her entire family was dragged into the matter which is a bit too much.

Her brother Aryan Khan’s drug case was also brought under the light and the siblings were trolled extensively. It is only wise that Suhana should stay away from any problematic references because she has to deal with the immense pressure of her father’s stardom.
On the career front she is working on her next big screen project King, where she will be seen in an action packed role. It also has Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan in pivotal roles.
