By Grace Cyril: Shah Rukh Khan will soon make his big screen comeback after four years, and we are absolutely excited! The Bollywood superstar was in Saudi Arabia, shooting for Dunki. After the shoot wrap, SRK joined his fans at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Thursday, December 1. As he took to the stage amid loud cheers and whistles from fans, SRK belted out his popular song, remembered his dialogues and even interacted with fans. Videos from the event are now going viral on social media.
SRK AT RED SEA FILM FESTIVAL
Shah Rukh Khan took the stage at Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia where he interacted with his fans. He even did his signature pose!
He even mouthed a dialogue, “Duniya mein kitni bhi musibatein aa jaaye, Kitni bhi taklifein aa jaaye, humey kuch nahi ho sakta agar hum sab zinda hai.”
King Khan also talked about Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and how Aryan, Suhana and AbRam still love the film. A special screening of DDLJ was also arranged at the festival. Kajol also joined him on the stage later.
SRK even sang Tujhe Dekha To Ye Jaana Sanam along with fans.
SHAH RUKH KHAN PERFORMS UMRAH AT MECCA
Shah Rukh Khan shot for Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki in the scenic location of Saudi Arabia. A journalist from Saudi Arabia shared pictures of Shah Rukh Khan in Mecca performing Umrah after wrapping up his film. “Bollywood Actor Shah Rukh Khan @iamsrk performed Umrah in #Mecca today. May Allah swt accept his umrah, Ameen. #ShahRukhKhan (sic),” read his tweet.
Umrah is a pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia. It can be undertaken at any time of the year, while Hajj is an annual pilgrimage performed around Eid-Al-Adha.

Dunki is backed by JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment and Rajkumar Hirani Films. The film is due for theatrical release on December 22, 2023. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee the film will also star Boman Irani. Apart from Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan has Sidharth Anand’s Pathaan and Atlee’s Jawan. Next year, SRK will have three big releases, much to the delight of his fans.
