    Sector 36 – Will Stree 2 Makers Deliver Another Hit On Netflix?


    Netflix India has been delivering a mix of content lately. While some shows like IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack have kept viewers on the edge of their seats, others like Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba and Wild Wild Punjab have made them scratch their heads.

    After the most controversial IC 814, Netflix is gearing up for its next big release, Sector 36, a serial killer thriller.

    The film is set to release on September 13. The makers have unveiled its gripping trailer.

    Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and Jio Studios, Sector 36 is written by Bodhayan Roychaudhury. The film promises a gripping and emotionally charged thriller, highlighting how far one man will go to bring a devious criminal to justice.

    Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films is on a hot streak lately, delivering back-to-back hits. After the humongous success of Stree 2 and the superhit Munjya, the production house is enjoying a dream run.

    With their reputation for producing engaging content, all eyes are now on whether they can captivate the OTT audience with Sector 36.

    Directed by debutant Aditya Nimbalkar, it stars Vikrant Massey as Prem Singh, a serial killer who blends into his surroundings, making him even more terrifying. Deepak Dobriyal plays the relentless Inspector Ram Charan Pandey, racing against time to save missing children in Sector 36.

    The trailer introduces us to Prem, a seemingly harmless house help, and quickly shifts to chilling scenes of him luring a child and committing a brutal murder.

    As the investigation deepens, the stakes rise, and the chase gets personal for the inspector, whose own neighborhood is affected by the disappearances.

    Inspired by true events, the film promises a dark and intense narrative, delving into crime and class disparity.
