T-ARA Jiyeon‘s Instagram has been flooded with hate comments, all because of her husband.
Jiyeon is married to baseball player Hwang Jae Gyun, and the pair have always been praised for their bond.
During a recent baseball game between Hanwha Eagles and KT Wiz (Jae Gyun’s team), there was an altercation. When Hanhwa Eagles player Park Sang Won celebrated, it didn’t sit well with the other team, who thought it was excessive. The situation seemed to calm down when the managers from both teams made an effort to reconcile.
After it seemingly calmed down, Hwang Jae Gyun then returned to the field and summoned Park Sang Won to the field post-game, leading to a full-blown “brawl.”
Sadly, it seems like Jiyeon’s latest Instagram account felt the impact of her husband’s actions.
Sadly, many of the comments came from angry fans who wanted to criticize Hwang Jae Gyun. As he doesn’t have special media, many left negative hate comments on Jiyeon’s post instead.
- Please ask Hwang Jae Gyun to create an Instagram account. There are so many things I want to say.
- Hwang Jae Gyun, why are you acting like this? You were taken out of the game because of your defensive error, so why are you behaving like an old-fashioned authoritarian after the game? Why are you doing this?

Both Korean and International fans seemed to realize what was happening in the comments, and shared that Jiyeon wasn’t to blame for her husbands actions and that netizens should stop spamming her Instagram account.
While Jae Gyun’s actions were wrong, netizens believe that taking anger out on Jiyeon’s Instagram account isn’t right.
