Vijayasai Reddy’s decision to Resign and Retire from Politics has become a sensation in Andhra Pradesh Politics.
While Sai Reddy is saying that his retirement is due to Personal Reasons, many believe that he resigned to save himself from Jagan’s cases and the Kakinada Port Case.

Sai Reddy has been very close to the YS family since Raja Reddy’s days. He has been the family auditor and Accused Number Two in all of Jagan’s disproportionate cases. He even went to jail along with Jagan.
He is perceived to be Number Two in the party. So, this resignation is a massive shock to the YSR Congress cadre.

Sakshi TV and YSR Congress’s YouTube Channel did not even give Live of Sai Reddy’s Pressmeet after submitting the Resignation in Delhi.
Speaking to the media, Sai Reddy also told the media that he informed Jagan about his decision on the phone but skipped the question about what the latter said.
Meanwhile, the morale of YSR Congress leaders and cadres was hit really hard after this resignation. There are rumors of many more resignations coming up. This is an indication that the leaders do not trust the YSR Congress to have a future after the recent drubbing.
