Rock Dental Brands of Little Rock announced that it has expanded its executive leadership team with the hiring of Ryan Michalowski as chief people officer.
Michalowski brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources management to the job, the company said in a news release. He joins Rock Dental from MJ Insurance in Carmel, Indiana, where he held the same title.
In his new role, Michalowski will oversee Rock Dental’s human capital strategy as it looks to continue its rapid expansion. The company has acquired 18 clinics in the past year, expanding its footprint to Missouri, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida.
“It is vital as we continue to expand that Rock Dental Brands is intentional about taking care of our staff and attracting top-tier talent,” CEO Kristi Crum said in a the release. “This is especially true on the senior leadership team, where each person plays an integral role in our plans to take the brand to the next level.”
Michalowski said he plans to support the company’s growth through a “people services strategy that understands efficiency and change making, while creating an environment where staff feel supported and love their work.”
“It’s been inspiring to watch Rock Dental Brands leadership in action during this process,” he said. “It’s such a smart, dynamic team. I can’t wait to be a part of it.”
