Produced by Dil Raju, Thammudu is said to have a mix of family emotions, action, and commercial elements. Directed by Venu Sriram, who previously delivered Vakeel Saab, the film stars Nithiin and senior actress Laya as siblings. Sapthami Gowda of Kantara fame plays the female lead.
The makers were hopeful that Robinhood’s success would build more anticipation for Thammudu but those calculations have gone wrong now.

However, if Nithiin claims that Thammudu has turned out very well before its release, not many might believe him. He made similar statements about his last few films like Robinhood and Extraordinary Man.
People will judge the film’s potential based on its trailer, songs, and promotions rather than Nithiin’s confidence.
