Borugadda Anil Kumar who is remand in Rajamahendravaram jail has been taken into custody by Chilakalapudi police on PT warrant.
He was presented at night in front of II Additional Mandal Judge. A case was filed against him in 2019 for threatening in an issue involving the death of a minor girl. The minor girl committed suicide in Berachah hostel and Borugadda used objectionable language saying Berachah head Kiran Paul was involved in the matter.

The Judge imposed remand on Anil Kumar till March 27 in the case. He has been taken back to Rajamahendravaram jail.
On March 12, Borugadda surrendered to the police after his interim bail was over. However, he surrendered 13 hours after the deadline. Borugadda was arrested in a case registered in Anantapur district for putting up offensive social media posts.
